The Company declares that all works conducted by its personnel, either ashore or onboard, will be effectively supervised in order to comply with the aims listed hereunder in order of priority:

Avoidance of injury and loss of human life

Protection of the environment - especially of the marine environment

Maintenance of the highest technical and operational standards for the ship(s)

Safe and efficient operation of the ship(s) and transportation of the passengers (if any)

Furthermore, the Company has set high standards of ISM and MLC procedures so that the policy for commitment to safety and to environmental protection can be accomplished at all times.
